Consulting

Our consulting services range from evaluating development opportunities to working with our clients to structure the most appropriate project delivery system from strategic planning through construction administration. Our consulting services also include the integration of an Evidence-based Design Process into your project work which also enhances the mutually supportive elements of the LEAN process.

Functional Programming

Our functional programming integrates a graphic understanding of the program numbers, “graphic programming”, with the proposed new functional operation and staffing being considered.( current state to future state) Along with the size and quantity of spaces required to support the intended functions, we also focus on the type and character of experiences that we expect folks to have in those spaces. This interdisciplinary, simultaneous approach to the functional programming of a department, a facility, or health system will create a total Environment of Care. (EOC)

Planning

Our Interdisciplinary Design Team (IDT) approach to project delivery assures that the planning process includes all the affected parties and facilitates the development of appropriate planning objectives that can be effectively implemented. It aligns budgets, schedules and project scope simultaneously to assure seamless implementation.

Architecture

A balance of innovation and experience create a total Environment of Care. The space that we walk through is the architecture of one’s experience both outside and inside. Our approach focuses on creating physical environments that support well being and are based on the best available evidence to increase the likelihood of the greatest return on investment for all who experience them.

Interiors

Our projects exemplify the total integration of the interiors with the architecture to create the physical environment component of the EOC. Evidence Based Design is the basis of our design process to increase the likelihood of safe, durable, maintainable and supportive environments.

This approach reduces time to market by creating a no surprises, no “value engineering” at the end of the project, experience thereby reducing the potential number of change orders and keeping the project on an accelerated schedule while hitting all the budget milestones.
